Emaar Properties collaborated with Spectra and Kokai Studios to create a retail extension called China Gate at The Dubai Mall. This project aimed to cater to the growing Chinese travel segment by blending Emirati culture with the expectations of sophisticated Chinese travelers. Despite the delay caused by the Dubai Expo, China Gate opened in 2021, serving as a captivating hub for Chinese visitors seeking a unique retail experience.
